1. Who we are

Ecom iReclam is a trade name of iReclam, based in the Netherlands. Under Ecom iReclam we operate our own web stores for European consumers. We are the controller for personal data collected via ecomireclam.com; each of our web stores additionally has its own privacy policy.

2. Data we process

Data you provide: name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.

Collected automatically: anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit. We do not process special categories of personal data.

3. Why we process data

• Responding to enquiries and partner requests.
• Improving and securing our websites.
• Complying with tax and accounting obligations.
• Marketing only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We only share what is necessary with EU hosting, e-mail/form processing, privacy-friendly analytics, payment and logistics partners of our stores, and our accounting partner — always under data processing agreements. Data does not leave the EEA without appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention periods

• Contact requests: 1 year after last contact.
• Customer and invoice data: 7 years (statutory).
• Analytics: up to 26 months.
• Cookie preferences: up to 12 months.
