1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and to business (B2B) cooperation with Ecom iReclam, a trade name of iReclam. Please note: purchases made in one of our web stores are governed by the terms of that store — including your statutory consumer rights (e.g. the 14-day right of withdrawal).
2. Offers
Quotations for cooperation are without obligation and valid for 30 days. Obvious errors do not bind us.
3. Performance
We work to the best of our ability and may engage third parties. Deadlines are indicative.
4. Prices and payment
Business prices exclude VAT. Payment within 14 days; in case of default, 1% interest per month applies and collection costs are borne by the counterparty.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to our websites, brands and designs remain with iReclam or its licensors. Use without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Liability
Limited to the insurance payout, or otherwise to the amount invoiced over the past 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage.
7. Force majeure
Obligations are suspended during force majeure; after 60 days either party may terminate without compensation.
8. Complaints and law
Complaints in writing within 14 days via info@ecomireclam.com. Dutch law applies; competent court: East Brabant district.
